FOR REGISTRATION

  • Complete and submit the Basic Data Form* at the school office during the designated hours Monday To Friday (9:00 A.M. To 11:00 A.M.) where you will be issued a registration voucher along with the prospectus.
  • Submit a copy of the paid registration, completed forms and required documents at the school office (Please note that the Registration Fee is non-refundable). The hard copy of the Registration/Admission Form complete with a recent photograph of the candidate will have to be submitted in the school office before the admission test.
  • You will be notified of the exact admission test date and other details upon completion of the Registration.
  • Successful candidates will be notified and called for an interview
  • A school leaving certificate must be submitted upon confirmation of admission.

  • Photocopy of paid registration slip
  • Photocopy of child’s NADRA Smart Card / FRC
  • Most recent school assessment report
  • Attested photocopy of both parents’ valid CNIC
  • Photocopy of applicant’s vaccination record
  • COVID vaccination certificates of applicant and both parents
